Spratly archipelago, a lovely name in the heart of Vietnamese people, has healthy and wild natural scenery that few places have.
Over the past years, with the care from the Party and State, many delegations representing diverse classes of people and overseas Vietnamese have visited and encouraged cadres, soldiers and people on the archipelago, as well as viewed the country’s beauty.
