Spratly Archipelago undergoes a transformation

There was a time when the mention of Spratly Archipelago evoked images of harsh sun and winds. Today, a transformation has taken place. Islanders have used the sun and wind as a source of clean energy and turned the archipelago into a green zone with adequate power supply, roads, schools, clinics and other facilities.
