Northern localities staggered by rain and flood

The northern mountainous province of Quang Ninh has suffered several long days of historic torrential rain, causing floods, landslides,vsevere flooding and dam failure, claiming the lives of nearly 20 people and sweeping away property to over the value of VND2 trillion. Not only Quang Ninh, in recent days, the whole northern region has been staggered by the flood.
