Hanoi police protect Party Congress security

Hanoi police have carried out their set plans to ensure absolute security for the 12th National Party Congress.
On January 20th, Hanoi police led delegations to pay homage at President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Plans were carried out smoothly.
On January 21st, the official opening day of the Congress, police guided delegations to the National Convention Center in the early morning. Police are responsible for escorting delegates from airports to their accommodations and from their accommodations to the location where the Congress is held.
Traffic police spend time inspecting roads and vehicles, ensuring that delegates travel on time and safely, without
seeing traffic accidents or congestion.
