National flag saluting ceremony in Spratly islands

The national flag saluting ceremony was held solemnly at islands belonging to the Spratly archipelago in the central province of Khanh Hoa. After the national anthem was sung, cadres and soldiers faced the national flag and recited the 10 oaths of soldiers.
