Situated some 130 kilometres from Dien Bien province’s Dien Bien Phu city and at the height of 1,400 metres above sea level, Tua Chua is the most remote and disadvantaged district of Dien Bien province.
With 70% of its area being limestone, the district attracts visitors for the beauty of the mountains and the strong vitality of local residents.
