Mr. Phan Van Hai, Chairman of the Fisheries Association of Quynh Lap Commune, Hoang Mai Town in Nghe An Province, shared that in order to maintain operations, ships that go to sea must set up groups of 4-5 teams, of which one ship carries seafood inland, then transports fuel and food out to save costs. Up to now, the price of oil has decreased and seafood is sold at good prices, so fishermen are encouraged to go fishing offshore.
