Dien Bien Phu City carefully decorated for huge anniversary celebration

All the roads and streets in Dien Bien Phu City have been lined with colorful flags, flowers, banners and posters to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory. This is also the location for the anniversary ceremony which will be held on May 7.

All are ready for the great ceremony on May 7 commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory.
Along the main road of the city, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, the joyful atmosphere of 70 years ago seemed to revive when our army and people won a complete victory over the French expeditionary army.
The Thanh Binh Bridge area is splendidly decorated.
This is one of the key projects to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory.

Images of President Ho Chi Minh and General Vo Nguyen Giap, Commander in Chief of the Dien Bien Phu campaign, were printed on panels and banners.
Panels celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory stand out, attracting attention at the city center intersection area right at the foot of the Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument.
The joyful and excited atmosphere is clearly visible on the faces of local people and tourists in the days leading up to the festival.
