Exhibition “75 years of payment of gratitude”

(CPV) – The exhibition “75 years of payment of gratitude” is being held on July 24-27 to mark the 75th year of the Day for Wounded Soldiers and Martyrs (July 27).

The exhibition aims to honour and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers and people with meritorious services to the revolution for making great contributions to the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.

Delegates visit the exhibition introducing nearly 100 documents, images and exhibits. 
 The exhibition highlights the care of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party and State leaders for wounded soldiers, martyrs and revolutionary contributors.
The exhibition introduces many photos reflecting the deep concern of the Party and State leaders in the work of payment of gratitude. In the photo is Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and delegates with the nation's typical meritorious person on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Wounded Soldiers and Fallen Soldiers’ Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022) ), on July 23, 2022. 
 Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center, Ha Nam, on July 19, 2022.
 Politburo member and State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the Thuan Thanh War Invalids Nursing Center, Bac Ninh, on July 9, 2022
 Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman visited and gave presents to Vietnamese heroic mother Le Thi Lien in Vinh Long on April 22, 2022.

A memorial and re-burial services for volunteer and expert remains repatriated from Cambodia held in Gia Lai Province, on May 24, 2022. 
 Documentaries about Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are especially touching documents to the public that are solemnly introduced at the exhibition. In the photo - portrait of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thu (Dien Ban, Quang Nam). She had nine children, two grandchildren and a son-in-law who died in the two resistance wars against France and America.
Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Ranh (Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City). Through two resistance wars of the nation, she devoted eight sons to the Fatherland. 
Vietnamese Heroic Mother Bui Thi Me (Vinh Liem, Vinh Long). Of her four children, three were martyrs and one was a wounded soldier. 
Pupils of Nong Tien Secondary School in Tuyen Quang present gifts to martyrs' relatives.
