Experience first evening river bus in Ho Chi Minh City

During the journey, passengers could enjoy the scenery of Ho Chi Minh City at sunset and the city lit up by the river. The ticket price for the first evening river bus experience is only 15,000 VND/pax.

Truong Thi Trang, a student in Binh Thanh district, said that this is the first time she and her brother have experienced the river bus in the evening.

"The air on the river is fresh. Through each stop, I can witness changes of the city along the two sides of the river, which stretches several kilometers. There is hardly any experience that is more affordable for students," Trang shared.

According to Saigon Waterbus, from December 10, residents and tourists in Ho Chi Minh City can easily experience the bus on the Saigon River on weekday evenings.

Since Thu Thiem Ferry wharf stopped operation in January 2012, after 10 years, this is the first time residents in Ho Chi Minh City can experience the Saigon River in the evening by public transport.

Apart from providing services to people in the evening, Saigon Waterbus is also actively promoting cooperation with the creative community to enrich people's experiences on the Saigon River. Activities will take place on a variety of scales and forms, thereby helping people to change their means of transportation in the most active and natural way.
