Exploring Vietnam Military History Museum

Since opening its doors on November 1, the Vietnam Military History Museum in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi has attracted a large number of people and tourists to visit, learn and explore.

The museum preserves more than 150,000 valuable artifacts, applying many display methods in combination with modern technology such as: 3D mapping projection technology, information lookup screen equipment, photo media, and QR code to look up information about artifacts, thereby helping viewers have more interesting experiences in the journey to explore the country's military history.

The museum will serve visitors free of charge until the end of December 2024.

The T54B tank with serial number 843 that crashed into the side gate of the Independence Palace at noon on April 30, 1975 is one of the national treasures displayed at the museum.
"The museum is a red address for the young generation to learn and follow the example of their fathers and grandfathers to preserve and build the country to become more and more beautiful." said Nguyen Van Tinh, a veteran from Dan Phuong district, Hanoi while experiencing the museum.
Artifacts are weapons such as: Bombs, tanks, airplanes that many visitors are interested in learning about.
