According to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dang Van Luoc, Politician of the Tan Phu District Military Command, the enlistment camp is a model organizing effectively for many years and has become the district’s traditional cultural festival.
The event aims to promote the roles and responsibilities of the Party committees, authorities, departments, agencies, mass organizations and all classes of people in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of young people in order to propose measures to take good care of the army's rear, popularize and educate, and encourage young people to enthusiastically enlist in the army.
