Plastic waste collected to protect environment

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has just launched activities to respond to World Environment Day (June 5) and World Oceans Day (June 8). In response to the announcement, ministries, sectors and localities throughout the country have organized community activities to protect the environment and reduce plastic waste. In the past few days, many new models and solutions in the fight against plastic waste to protect the environment and blue ocean have been deployed.
 Soldiers revive Vinh Hien beach, Thua Thien Hue province
Police soldiers use woven baskets of green materials to collect garbage on Ba Ria - Vung Tau beach. 
 Over 400 volunteers participate in garbage collection along the riverside of Ben Tre (Ben Tre province)
 Tourists and young people participate in the model of exchanging plastic waste for gifts in Hoi An Ancient Town
Divers on Nhon Hai coral island (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh) pick up trash on the seabed. 
 Plastic waste drifting in the sea is picked up by fishermen in Phu Quoc (Kien Giang province).
Every month, a group of young people named Greenlife Forward and foreign tourists pick up marine waste in Song Cau town (Phu Yen).
