Traditional festivals of Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar celebrated nationwide

The traditional New Year festivals of Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar - Bunpimay, Songkran, Chol Chhnam Thmay, and Thingyang - were celebrated across the country in the happy and united solidarity.
On April 12, the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association in Thai Nguyen province coordinated with the School of Culture (Ministry of Public Security) to organize a happy Bunpimay Festival meeting for 450 typical Lao students studying in the province.
Diverse activities of practical significance were held at the program.
Lao students at the University of Thai Nguyen expressed their happiness to welcome their traditional New Year in Vietnam.
A cultural exchange between Vietnamese and Lao students was held in Tuyen Quang province to welcome the Bunpimay New Year festival.
