Overseas Vietnamese in Greece welcome Tet

During the program, Vietnamese Ambassador to Greece Tran Thi Ha Phuong reviewed economic, political, social and diplomatic achievements in 2016, appreciated the efforts of the Vietnamese community last year in sharing difficulties with the Greek people, and maintaining their business activities in Greece, contributing to increasing the image and prestige of the Vietnamese community in Greece.

She confirmed that the embassy would support the overseas Vietnamese community, and continue to urging Greek authorized agencies to address satisfactorily the interests and legal documents for all Vietnamese in Greece.

During the program, a food festival was held, presenting Vietnamese traditional dishes.

Earlier, leaders of the Vietnamese Embassy in Greece visited and gave Tet presents to outstanding, elderly and disadvantaged Vietnamese families in Greece./.
