The Chi Linh fellow-countrymen association has been established in Moscow with the participation of over 200 overseas Vietnamese from Chi Linh district.

This is the second fellow-countrymen association of Hai Duong province in Russia.
Among the Vietnamese community in Moscow, the number of people from Chi Linh is estimated at about 400. Most have lived in Russia for more than 30 years, and now have reached the second and third generations. In addition, there are a number of students from Chi Linh studying at universities in the Russian capital.
Mr. Dang Anh Ba, representative of the advisory board, which is the executive board of the Hai Duong Fellow-Countrymen Association, said that after more than 30 years of working and doing business in Russia, many people from Chi Linh have been very successful, have legal and stable businesses, and have knowledge of the law. They themselves have become the core to establish the fellow-countrymen association, aiming to unite fellow countrymen together to exchange and support each other.
Mr. Bui Ba Vuong, an overseas Vietnamese businessman, has been voted as the Chairman of the association.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Vuong committed to build a friendly, united and law-abiding community, together towards the homeland through investment projects and responding to calls for overseas Vietnamese and for Chi Linh people./.
