The program aims to communicate and help workers completing their working term in RoK or Japan to find jobs in RoK and Japanese-invested enterprises in Vietnam. At the same time, it helps foreign-invested enterprises located in Hai Duong province and neighboring provinces have the opportunity to recruit skilled and experienced workers who have access to science, technology and labor discipline.
The program also aims to help workers find suitable jobs with high incomes to stabilize their lives, contributing to encouraging workers participating in the EPS program and IM Japan interns to comply with regulations and return home with peace of mind; communicating and mobilizing illegal runaway workers to return home.
The fair attracted the participation of 20 enterprises with investment capital from Japan, RoK, China and Vietnam in Hai Duong province. These businesses need to recruit 8,738 job positions, including many positions suitable for workers who have worked in RoK and Japan and returned under the above cooperation programs.
In the coming time, the centre will continue to welcome and connect workers to register and participate in interviews with recruiting enterprises.
According to information from the Center for Overseas Labour, Hai Duong currently has a high number of people working under the RoK’s EPS labor program and Japan’s IM Japan intern programs. Therefore, this is an opportunity to help these groups of people find suitable jobs after returning home, take advantage of their work experience abroad, and stabilize their lives./.
