This year's Summer Camp is organized by the HCMC Committee for Overseas Vietnamese in coordination with the HCMC Youth Union and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang City.

This is an opportunity for each overseas Vietnamese youth to experience different emotions about Vietnamese culture, customs and practices with strong national identity, about practical experiences during the 7-day and 6-night journey with Vietnamese friends from around the world.

The campers participated in volunteer activities with young people in Cu Chi district, demonstrating the traditional morality of "When drinking water, think of its source" on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024).

The Overseas Vietnamese youth visited the heroic Vietnamese mothers, families of war invalids and martyrs in the district and listened to historical stories about the glorious and proud period, and participated in an English playground with children in Cu Chi district.
