Music program connects OVs in Czech Republic

A music program entitled "Homeland's Melody" was co-organized in Prague on March 26 by the Vietnamese Embassy and the Overseas Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic, attracting a large number of overseas Vietnamese in the country.

As many as 20 artists from the People's Public Security Theatre under the Ministry of Public Security brought diverse performances from songs, dances to short plays imbued with national identity to the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic.
Major General Nguyen Cong Bay, Head of the art troupe, said that the artists have trained hard for a long time to serve the Vietnamese community in Europe.
Previously, Ambassador Thai Xuan Dung said while meeting with members of the art troupe, that the program helps spread the artistic spirit among the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic, who have actively held many active activities to strongly promote cultural and artistic exchange in not only the Czech Republic but also other European countries.
The People's Public Security Theatre’s art troupe is conducting a performance tour in Europe, including the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, and Italy./.
