The event, with the participation of 14 professional and non-professional singers and artists from Vietnam, attracted a large number of overseas Vietnamese in Singapore and international friends.

“We hope that this concert takes place at the right time, and what the Vietnamese community in Singapore contributes will reach people affected by natural disasters at the time when they need it most to restore their lives,” said Ms. Liz Nguyen, representative of the organizing board.

At the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Mai Phuoc Dung highly appreciated the spirit of "mutual love" of the Vietnamese community in Singapore, as well as the enthusiasm and charity of the singers and artists in the concert.

At the end of the concert, the organizing board announced that it raised 17,000 SGD (over 320 million VND) from ticket sales and donations from individuals. The entire amount will be donated to flood-affected people in the northern region through the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

On September 27, Art Blue Gallery in Singapore held a charity dinner and painting auction, raising 21,715 SGD.

This month, Art Blue Gallery and its friends will return to Vietnam to directly give money to families affected by storm No. 3./.
