Overseas Vietnamese in Switzerland excited about homeland’s development

The event was attended by hundreds of overseas Vietnamese and international friends in the country.

Speaking at the event on January 28, Vietnamese Ambassador to Switzerland Phung The Long emphasized that the overseas Vietnamese community is an inseparable part of the great national unity bloc, and is always of concern to the Vietnamese Party, State and people.

According to Ambassador Long, in the context of many complicated developments in the world, as the economies of many countries are facing difficulties, slow growth or falling into recession, Vietnam has resolved many difficulties, challenges and achieved great, comprehensive and commendable results in many fields.

At the event, many foreign guests were also interested in the country's development process under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

They were surprised not only by the information about Vietnam's economic development but also with the achievements of Vietnam's diplomacy in recent years.

Ambassador Phung The Long expressed his hope that overseas Vietnamese in Switzerland will always be united,  and support and help each other, becoming a bridge for the friendly relationship between the two countries./.
