In which, a large number of Vietnamese students also attend high school in the country, some others are doctoral students or have graduated, who stay to work and continue to study at higher levels.

Previously, Vietnamese students went to Australia mainly to study at university level, the number of Vietnamese students at high school and vocational training was small. In recent years, the number of high school and vocational students has been increasing, she said.

According to her, Vietnamese students are ranked 4th out of 100 countries with international students in Australia. In addition, some countries like China, India and Indonesia also have a high number of international students in Australia.

On average, each international student studying in Australia will have to spend about 30,000 USD/year for tuition fees, about 1,000 USD/month for living expenses. In addition to this cost, many Vietnamese students are also supported by the Australian government and educational facilities through scholarship packages.
