He expressed appreciation and gratitude for the valuable assistance from partners, friends, and international organisations which have helped Vietnam achieve its successes over the years.
The diplomat highlighted the fruitful development of the bilateral relations, saying that since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1976, the Vietnam – Thailand strategic partnership has increasingly developed in a strong and trustworthy manner, bringing benefits to the two countries’ people and making positive contributions to a shared future of peace, stability, cooperation, and sustainable development within and beyond the region.

Cooperation in culture, tourism, education, and training, and people-to-people exchanges have been steadily growing, fostering mutual understanding between the two countries’ people.
Ambassador Hung affirmed his commitment to closely cooperating with colleagues, partners, and friends in Thailand to safeguard the shared achievements of both sides, while expanding and deepening the friendship, trust, and mutual understanding between the two nations, thus strengthening mutually-beneficial cooperation, promoting the prosperity and well-being of their people, and contributing to peace, stability, and cooperation in the region and the world.
