Vietnam’s “Pho” to be served at hotels and restaurants in Pakistan

The event is an opportunity for participating countries to introduce and promote traditions, culture and cuisine to international and local friends, thereby raising funds to support the poor and disadvantaged people in Pakistan.

The Vietnamese Embassy has actively and proactively participated in the event, introducing Vietnamese culture and cuisine, especially beef pho and coffee. The guests were all very impressed and excited to enjoy the rich flavors of Vietnamese traditional cuisine in Pakistan.

The broth of “Pho” was meticulously prepared by the Ambassador's spouse and female staff of the Embassy. At the event, ambassadors and guests were surprised and expressed their admiration for the sophistication of Vietnamese cuisine when being introduced to the process, how to prepare and how to enjoy the dish.

Through this event, Vietnamese pho is expected to be included in the menus of hotels and restaurants across the capital Islamabad.

The Embassy will continue to introduce methods and recipes of “Pho” for large hotels to spread and promote Vietnamese cuisine, especially Vietnamese pho in Pakistan./.
