The festival features art performances, fashion shows, folk games, trade promotion, and cultural activities, especially the event will include a Vietnam-Japan Ao Dai beauty pageant and a Vietnamese fashion show.

Through the beauty pageant, the organizing board aims to seek outstanding faces to represent Vietnam at cultural promotion and trade exchanges in Japan.

The Vietnamese fashion show will introduce Ao Dai (traditional long dress) and other national costumes to visitors on an outdoor stage.

In addition, dozens of booths will be set up to introduce Vietnamese and Japanese dishes, high-quality products, and handicrafts from both countries.

Several Vietnamese folk games will be organized such as Nem con (throwing a sacred ball through a ring), nhay sap (dance between bamboo poles) and so on.

During the event, an art program, performed by Vietnamese artists, models, and actors, as well as representatives from the Vietnamese community will be held.

The program is to take place as part of activities to celebrate Tet - the biggest annual activity of the year for Vietnamese people worldwide./.
