VWFE presents breeding cows to 12 poor households in Dien Bien province

The Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe (VWFE) has recently presented 12 breeding cows to 12 poor households in Pa Khoang and Thanh Yen communes in Dien Bien district under a program to support people in Dien Bien province of the Vietnam Red Cross Society.

Dr. Phan Bich Thien, President of the VWFE, said that Vietnamese women in European countries also want to join hands to bring joy to poor people in Dien Bien province on the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Tan, Chairman of the Red Cross Society of Dien Bien city, thanked the Vietnamese women in Europe and pledged to care for, regularly monitor and help those who receive the cows so that the cows will multiply.
Ms. Bui Thi Hoa, President of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, thanked the Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe for accompanying the volunteer activities of the society./.
