On August 5th, in Ha Long city, historian Duong Trung Quoc presented the northern Quang Ninh provincial museum nearly 60 historical documentary photos about coal exploitation in the province before 1945.
This is an important contribution to historical study and exhibitions about Quang Ninh land and people in the past and mine exploitation in the early years of the 20th century.
The historian also presented the museum a painting about Buddhism.
This was the third time historian Duong Truong Quoc presented historical documentary photos to Quang Ninh provincial museum. The first two times, he presented documentary photos about the role of comrade Vo Nguyen Giap, and the general strike of over 30,000 miners in November 1936 and first days of the French invasion of mine areas. /.
