Poor people in northern province’s district given mobile legal assistance

Nearly 80 people who come from beneficiary, poor and ethnic minority families in Hai Lang commune, Tien Yen district, the northern province of Quang Ninh, have been given legal assistance.

The assistance has been provided by the provincial centre for legal assistance and the Tien Yen district division of justice.

Legal assistance has been given to people in diverse areas, except business and trade, by legal consultancy, procedural, complaints and other activities based on the regulations of the law. After being consulted, dozens of complaints have been sent for legal assistance.

This is an annual activity of the provincial centre for legal assistance to help residents master the Party and State policies and laws, and understand their rights and responsibilities under the law./.
