From September 15 to October 6, in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh, the fourth Vietnam - China friendship singing contest in the northern mountainous, midland and coastal region and the final round in Vietnam started with great promise.
From September 15-28, regional radio stations checked voices and stage possibilities for contestants. Passing the first round, contestants will have an opportunity to participate in another round at Quang Ninh television and radio station on September 30th to select ten contestants for the regional final round. Then, from October 1-3 in Ha Long city, contestants will compete to choose ten for the final round in Vietnam.
The final round in Vietnam will take place from October 4-6 in Ha Long city with the participation of ten selected contestants nationwide. The closing ceremony will broadcast live on several television channels on October 6./.
