Over 210,000 writings about 50-year development of Quang Ninh province

Launched in January 2013, the contest on studying the 50-year development of Quang Ninh province received more than 210,000 written entries from people of all walks in and out the province.

After primary examination, party cells in the province selected 950 works to send to the province. These works gathered rare documents on the construction and development of the province, as well as ideas for provincial development.

Especially, Nguyen Thi Huong Giang from Quang Ninh Coal Party Cell sent a 500-page essay. A group of contestants from the Academy of People’s Security and the Institute of Border Guard, sent a compilation of works, including 1963 pages, equalling the time landmark since the provincial establishment./.
