Training course for guides for Ha Long bay opens

On September 24, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with Ha Long bay management board and the EU project under the Vietnam Administration of Tourism to open a training course for guides in Ha Long bay world natural heritage.

34 guides from the Ha Long bay management board will listen to lecturers, who are experts from the EU project, speak about tourism and laws on tourism, Ha Long bay world natural heritage, tourists’ psychology, communication skills, presentation skills, and methods of managing tourist delegations.

The training course will contribute to improving the quality of tourism staff and guides at Ha Long bay world natural heritage.

The training course will close on September 28./.
