Northern province’s city to inaugurate houses for low-income people

Uong Bi city of the northern province of Quang Ninh has adopted a project on building a residential area for low-income people in Bac Son ward.

Accordingly, the project will cover nearly 15.4 hectares of land, 37% of which is set for housing.
There will be two types of houses. One storey units will be built attached together, providing a total area of floor of over 45,200 square metres, with 100 square metres in each house. There will also be apartment buildings with a total area of over 11,500 square metres in 160 flats of 40-60 square metres each.
According to the city, the construction holds great social significance, satisfying the housing demand among low-income people in the city./.
