Implementing projects connecting Ha Long city to Hanoi – Hai Phong highway

Under the direction, PM allowed the separation of compensating, assisting and re-settling of the project building Bach Dang Bridge, paths and junctions in Hai Phong city into an individual small project.

Capital for the compensating, assisting and re-settling for the project must follow regulations at item 6, Decree 108/2009/ND-CP on November 27 of the Government, he urged.

The Quang Ninh People’s Committee was asked to agree with the Hai Phong People’s Committee about compensation for premise clearance, resettlement of the small project in accordance with regulations.

Earlier, PM agreed to separate the project linking Ha Long city to the Hanoi – Hai Phong highway into two projects: one linking Ha Long city to Bach Dang bridge under BT (Build-Transfer) type and the other involving Bach Dang bridge, paths and junctions under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) type./.
