33rd national television festival to take place in Quang Ninh province

The 33^rd national television festival will take place in the northern province of Quang Ninh from December 18-21.

The festival will be held to introduce to the public nationwide significant television professional skills, and also will be an opportunity to popularize the image of the land and people in Quang Ninh province, especially Ha Long bay.

It is expected to attract the participation of production units with works produced for television in nine categories, including ethnic minority language programmes, dialogues and talks, science and educational programming, documentaries and reportage, television movies and musical programming.

The entries will be all of high quality and reflect all aspects of life, from politics to socio-economic affairs, morality and lifestyle.

During last year’s festival, thirty gold and fifty-seven silver prizes, as well as 134 certificates of merit, were presented./.
