419 Quang Ninh enterprises register numerical signatures for customs

By November 15, the Quang Ninh Department of Customs had 419 enterprises register for numerical signatures and 106 enterprises install software to use the Vietnam Automated Cargo Clearance System/Vietnam Customs Information System (VNACCS/VCIS).

To well prepare for the operation of the VNACCS/VCIS, Quang Ninh Customs completed registering users for 335 staff and installed software for computers in the department. In addition, software was installed for the procedure line for pilot operation.

As from November 14, Quang Ninh customs tested the system at the Mong Cai border gate customs branch and the Cai Lan port customs branch. So far, 22 enterprises have registered to pilot the system./.
