Ba Che district exceeds 45.2 percent of 2013’s forest plantation plan

Since the start of the year, the Ba Che district People’s Committee directed localities to prepare tree seeds for forest plantation in 2013.

Thanks to this, Ba Che district fulfilled the forest plantation plan with a total area of 3.194 hectares, 45.2 percent of the year’s plan. Of this, 700 hectares were planted with support capital for production forest, 1,330 hectares with people’s own capital, 233 hectares with enterprise’s capital, 210 hectares with joint venture capital and 50 hectares with capital from the Government's project on planting 5 million hectares of forest (661 project).

Currently, forestry continues to develop strongly and has become one of the decisive economic sectors, contributing to improving the material life, reducing poverty and speeding up the district’s socio-economic development process./.
