Quang Ninh fresh water joint stock company’s first shareholders’ meeting

On November 21, the first shareholders’ meeting on establishing Quang Ninh fresh water joint stock company was organised in Ha Long city.

The company was shifted on the ground of the Quang Ninh fresh water business one member limited liability company, under the Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee’s Decision 668/QD – UBND on March 8, 2013.

The company has chartered capital of nearly VND370 billion, including 94.71 percent state chartered capital.

The first auction of the company’s shares was well organised, ensured legal regulations and achieved good results.

The first shareholders’ meeting voted on a board of directors and a controlling board.

In the future, the company will continue to expand water supply markets and fresh water coverage in the province, as well as to remote and rural areas./.
