Spanish Senate delegation visits Quang Ninh library - museum

Juan José Lucas Gimenez appreciated the work designed by his follow countryman, architect Salvador Perez Arroryo. He showed his care for Spanish-originated objects demonstrating the commercial ties between the two countries hundreds of years ago.
