Training course traditional singing of Dao Thanh Y ethnic group closes

On January 14, the Ba Che district Department of Culture and Information held a ceremony to close the training course on the traditional call-and-response singing of the Dao Thanh Y ethnic minority group in the district.

The training course is one of five contents in Plan 59 of Ba Che district People’s Committee on the implementation of the project on the preservation and promotion of national cultural identities, and values of relics and beautiful landscapes in Ba Che district in 2013.

The training course opened on September 20, 2013 in Nam Ha Trong village, Nam Son commune, Ba Che district. It drew the participation of 21 people, including both young people and other highly regarded people in the village who have experience with Dao Thanh Y ethnic culture. During the training course, participants studied 60 tunes.

The organizing board of the training course presented certificates to the participants upon completing the training course./.
