Nearly VND5 billion for Quang Ninh industry stimulation

The northern province of Quang Ninh’s industry stimulation plan in 2014 is expected to be supported with VND4.92 billion, including VND2.22 billion from Central sources and the rest being the local one, reported the Industry and Trade News.
The money will be used to assist rural industrial centres to expand production, develop new products, transfer modern equipment and machinery applications into industrial production and small scale industry, save energy and treat environmental pollution.
The province will associate with its districts, towns and cities to build major and spear-head projects on the basis of advantages of geography, material area, craft village and labour.
In addition, Quang Ninh will focus on vocational training for rural workers, especially those in mountainous districts with numerous minority ethnic groups, such as Tien Yen and Hai Ha.
In 2013, the province’s industry stimulation was supported with VND2.71 billion to carry out 37 schemes, including 35 local schemes and two being national./.
