Nearly 7,000 people in northern district given Tet presents

Before the 2014 lunar New Year, leaders from Hoanh Bo district of the northern province of Quang Ninh visited and gave Tet presents to localities, agencies, beneficiaries’ families and revolutionary contributors in the district.

The leaders gave presents worth VND2 million to each agency, and worth VND400,000 to each beneficiary and revolutionary contributor.

As of January 24, nearly 7,000 beneficiaries were given presents worth VND1.5 billion from the State President, provincial People’s Committee, district People’s Committee Chairperson, organizations and enterprises./.
