Northern town creates jobs for nearly 1,700 rural labourers

Since the beginning of this year, Quang Yen town in the northern province of Quang Ninh has created jobs for nearly 1,700 rural labourers, according to the town Department of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs.
