Quang Ninh province organizes meeting on HIV/AIDS prevention and control

A meeting with the theme “No stigma and discrimination against people infected with HIV/AIDS” was organized on November 30th in Ha Long city in response to the National Action Month for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control 2014.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh People's CommitteeVu Thi Thu Thuy praised the efforts of all administrations, organizations and people in the province, in the fight against HIV/AIDS over the the past 20 years, especially staff directly involved in HIV/AIDS prevention and control work.
She also called upon the active participation of the administrations and people in HIV/AIDS prevention and control with specific, practical and effective activities.
On this occasion, 1,200 youth people in the province participated in a parade to respond the National Action Month for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control 2014./.
