The results have been brought about by implementation of synchronous solutions. In particular, the district Department of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs has worked with localities to respond effectively to the employment needs of labourers, then linking them with prestigious companies in need of recruiting a large number of labourers.

In addition, the district has created favourable conditions for companies and enterprises to maintain smooth business operations and expand production, with the aim of creating more jobs for labourers. Statistics show that the industrial and construction sector provided employment for almost half of the labourers.

Furthermore, increased vocational training has been carried out for rural labourers. By joining non-agricultural vocational training on cooking and pottery production, 100% of rural trainees have been recruited by enterprises. Meanwhile, those who have joined agricultural vocational training courses have successfully applied advanced technologies into production, thus increasing agricultural productivity and efficiency. In November alone, 854 trainees created jobs for themselves in the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors.

In 2014, a priority has been given to labour export by more effectively disseminating information on labour markets, income and related conditions for labourers. Thanks to the dissemination, the labourers are more aware of opportunities that may be suitable for them through the labour export market. Since the beginning of this year, 62 labourers have gone to work abroad, with the remittances assisting their families escaping poverty and boosting local poverty reduction.

The district tourism sector has also created 800 jobs for labourers by increasing the service sector and promoting the value of spirit tourism./.
