13th SEA Youth Athletics Championships 2018

The event attracted the participation of a number of athletes from 10 nations of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

The athletes competed in 19 men’s and 19 women’s categories.

The Vietnamese delegation including 32 athletes competed at contents of running, high jump, long jump, shot-put, javelin, and others.

Athlete Doan Thu Hang from the Quang Ninh provincial Sports Training and Competition Center excellently won two individual gold medals in the distance of 3,000 m, and 1,500 m in women’s categories. Her achievements contribute to the Vietnamese delegation’s championship./.
