In his speech at the event, Mr. Tran Doan Tien, Editor-in-Chief of the CPV Online Newspaper, said that over the past time, the newspaper ran hundreds of news, articles and pictures reflecting and reporting activities of the Ha Giang Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee, as well as activities of party executive committees at all levels, socio-economic achievements, defense, security and Party building work; attracting the attention of domestic and foreign readers.

He stressed that in the coming time, the newspaper will focus on popularizing policies and resolutions of the Party, the province’s firm leadership and direction in the implementation of breakthroughs, action programs of the Ha Giang Party Committee in the new development stage; contributing to bringing the Resolution of the provincial Party Congress into life.
Hailing the organization and implementation of the coordination program of the two units, Mr. Phan Xuan Thuy, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education, said that the communication coordination will promote and improve the effectiveness of the popularization work; contributing to creating consensus among the people, helping domestic readers and international friends gain a deeper understanding of the role, position, internal strength, history and cultural tradition of Ha Giang on the CPV Online Newspaper.

He added that the signing would contribute to the realization of Decision 221 in 2009 and recently Regulation 238-QD/TW dated September 30, 2020 of the PCC on promulgating the Regulation on coordination between the Commission of Popularization and Education at all levels and state agencies at the same level in law enforcement, implementation of socio-economic development plans, and settlement of pressing issues.
Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh, PCC member, Secretary of the Ha Giang Party Committee, and Head of the Delegation of the 15th National Assembly of Ha Giang, said that the provincial Party Committee is focusing on implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of 17th Ha Giang Party Congress.

He hoped that the CPV Online Newspaper would strengthen popularization on the leadership, direction and administration of the Party Committee and government of Ha Giang; promote the achievements of socio-economic development, Party building, culture, national defense - security; innovation, self-reliance, self-reliance and strength of the great unity bloc of the provincial Party Committee, people and ethnic people in the province./.
