Italian cruise ship AIDAbella has carried 2,060 travelers from all over the world, with the majority being German, to Phu Quoc Island in the Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang.
This is one of the world’s biggest cruise ships, more than 250 meters in length, over 32 meters in width and over 45 meters in height.

Because the cruise ship cannot dock at the wharf, the travelers were transferred by small passenger ships to Phu Quoc Island. They visited and discovered tourist attractions of the pear island within one day.
Earlier, in December 2018, AIDAbella also brought 2,500 tourists to visit Phu Quoc within one day.
According to the Phu Quoc district Culture, Sports and Tourism Center, at the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, the island continuously received super cruise ships, such as Costa Fortuna (Italy) bringing over 6,000 tourists and MS Europa 2 (Germany) carrying nearly 500 tourists and 377 crew./.
