Charter trains to bring 7,000 Chinese to Vietnam

The Vietnam railway sector will coordinate with travel agencies to organize 16 charter trains, expected to bring a total of 7,000 Chinese visitors to Vietnam, said Vietnam Railway Corporation.

The Chinese tourists will enter the country through the Mong Cai, Dong Dang and Lao Cai border gates.
Famous tourist destinations favored by Chinese tourists are Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan, and Ho Chi Minh City.
A representative of the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company said that China is a key tourism market for Vietnam, with around 3 million visitors annually, ranking second only to the Republic of Korea. The railway industry is coordinating with tourism and travel agencies to organize many railway tourism products, especially chartered trains to exploit the Chinese tourist market./.
