Ha Long Bay named among world’s 25 most beautiful natural destinations

Tripadvisor has just announced the top 25 most beautiful natural destinations in the world, in which the only representative of Vietnam is Ha Long Bay at the second place while the first place belongs to Kathmandu (Nepal).

The travel guidance platform rates Ha Long Bay as a famous destination of Vietnam with thousands of limestone islands of different shapes and many caves to explore such as Thien Cung Cave, Sung Sot Cave and Tam Cung Cave.
Experts of the travel website also suggested that visitors should take the opportunity to rent a kayak or a junk boat, or alternatively take a tour in order to explore the bay.
Earlier, Ha Long Bay was also honored by Tripadvisor in the category of World's Top Trending Destination 2024, ranked 3rd after Tokyo (Japan) and Seoul (the Republic of Korea).
Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, wins the first place of the Tripadvisor’s 25 best natural destinations with many historical relics and surrounded ancient villages and temples.
Other Asian destinations named in the rankings include Tangalle, which Tripadvisor calls "”Sri Lanka's hidden gem”, Jordan's Wadi Rum desert, and Lombok Island in Indonesia./.
