Hanoi, HCM City join hands to promote tourism products

The Hanoi People’s Committee has just planned to organize the program “Promoting and introducing products, combined with promoting tourism links between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City”.

The plan aims to promote and introduce craft villages, craft village products, OCOP products, cuisine, specialties, and typical and unique tourism products of Hanoi to a large number of people in Ho Chi Minh City, domestic and international tourists.
At the same time, it will strengthen the cooperative relationship between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in promoting and exploiting the potential and advantages of trade and tourism between the two localities and the region.
Accordingly, the program is expected to be held from August 23 to 25, 2024 at Nguyen Hue walking street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Within the framework of the program, there will be performance spaces for artisans and skilled workers of seven groups of traditional craft villages in Hanoi and display space to introduce 70 typical products of traditional craft villages.
In addition, the program will include performance space, traditional Hanoi culinary experience; space for staging models and miniatures of Hanoi culture and tourism; and space to promote Hanoi tourism./.
